A first order is not only a price test. It should confirm whether the machine, documents, delivery and support process can work for the destination market.
Choose a narrow first scope
Pick one product type, capacity, lifting height and target application instead of testing too many models at once.
Confirm written configuration
Use RFQ and PI checklists to confirm model, battery, charger voltage, plug standard, fork or platform size and optional parts.
Prepare inspection proof
Agree what photos or videos are needed before dispatch: nameplate, operation, lifting, charger, accessories, packing and documents.
Plan shipment and support
Confirm destination country, nearest port, trade term, documents, spare parts package, remote support path and warranty boundary.
Review repeat supply path
After arrival, record buyer feedback, local voltage, common spare parts, next quantity and dealer or reseller opportunity.

What Should Not Be Skipped
For electric warehouse equipment, the first order should still confirm charger voltage, battery, working height, spare parts, inspection proof and support terms in writing.
A small first order is useful only when both sides record the configuration clearly enough for repeat supply.
