Battery and charger
Battery capacity, charger input voltage, plug standard, charging habit, daily working hours and destination power supply.
Price and trade term
Unit price, quantity, EXW / FOB / CIF basis, destination port, validity period and what is included or excluded.
Production and inspection
Lead time, testing videos, nameplate, battery, charger, operation checks, packing photos and optional third-party inspection.
Shipment and documents
Packing method, shipping mark, invoice, packing list, catalog page, document needs and delivery schedule.
Warranty and support
Warranty scope, spare parts package, remote diagnosis information, local repair boundary and after-sales contact path.
PI Review
What Should Be Written Into the PI
Before payment, make sure the PI matches the final quotation and the buyer's real destination and use case.
