Confirm Model and Configuration

Buyer prepares: Pallet size, aisle width, rack height, floor condition, daily working hours, charger voltage, plug standard and spare parts needs.

LITELON confirms: Confirm model, battery, charger, mast or platform height, fork size, tire, labels and customization details in writing.

Quotation and PI

Buyer prepares: Review price basis, quantity, trade term, destination, payment terms, warranty scope, delivery time and documents.

LITELON confirms: Prepare quotation or PI with written configuration, packing, shipment basis and after-sales terms.

Payment and Production

Buyer prepares: Confirm payment arrangement only after written model, configuration, support scope and delivery terms are clear.

LITELON confirms: Arrange production or stock preparation and keep the buyer updated when important configuration details need confirmation.

Inspection Before Dispatch

Buyer prepares: Request photos or videos for model, nameplate, lifting, driving, battery, charger, accessories, packing and documents.

LITELON confirms: Provide remote inspection materials or cooperate with third-party inspection when arranged before shipment.

Packing and Shipment

Buyer prepares: Check destination port, shipping marks, packing list, invoice, required documents, charger standard and spare parts package.

LITELON confirms: Prepare packing, shipment documents and delivery communication according to the agreed trade term.

Arrival and After-Sales Support

Buyer prepares: Keep PI, catalog page, nameplate photo, operation videos and issue photos if technical support is needed.
