Worksite and application
Pallet size, aisle width, rack height, floor condition, indoor / outdoor use, slope and daily working hours.
Battery and charger
Battery preference, charger input voltage, plug standard, charging time and whether spare battery or charger accessories are needed.
Shipment and trade term
Destination country, nearest port, quantity, preferred trade term, delivery schedule and document requirements.
Support and inspection
Inspection photos or videos, spare parts concerns, warranty questions and local service ability.
Buyer contact details
Company name, buyer role, email, WhatsApp and the best channel for quotation follow-up.

From Price Question to Useful RFQ
The clearer the first message, the faster the quotation can move from model suggestion to written PI.
